This is the peoples term limits. If everyone votes for the candidate of their choice who is not an incumbant, we will clean house in just a few years.

It would be nice if we COULD... but there will only be ONE THIRD of the Senate coming up for election at any given time !!
Here in California, we don't get a chance to clear out our Senators (Feinstien & Boxer) until 2011 and 2013 !!
I'll certainly be voting out my Representative.

It doesn't work because generally no one wants to vote out their own incumbent but wants everyone else to vote out theirs.

Wow a bunch of rookies in Congress. Boy that is the way to get stuff done. That hasn't happened since the first Congress. Think about it.

Sounds like a plan to me. I know none of the people in congress will get my vote when they are up for reelection.
