First, LeBron needs to improve on his shooting touch. He also needs to develop a post up game. He should not be running the offense like he is Magic cause he is not and he does not have a team like the 80's Lakers, so stop it. LeBron with his size really needs to be posting up and I'm not talking in the low post.
Second, the Cavs need to run better offense. Get those guys in the best position to be successful. Set up the offense according the players strength. Pick n Roll is not going anywhere. Ilgauskas needs to be set up with the midrange jumpshot from the pick n roll with LeBron. Gooden needs to be set up with the short range jumper cause he is comfortable taking this shot. These guys do not have to be right under the basket to be effective. In fact, the midrange shot is more to Ilgauskas' strength anyway.
Believe it or not Gibson is good enuf to run the offense so let him and turn his loose at little more. What I mean by that, let him take people off the dribble like the Spurs turn Parker loose. Get Larry Hughes back healthy and play him at the shooting guard position and have him to slash to the basket as well. This will keep constant pressure on the defense because you will have 3 players attacking the basket. Sooner or later the defense will have to adjust, now the outside shots will be available and will need to be knocked down. If you run this style often enough the players will gain confidence and will execute better. And I don't want to hear they don't have anyone to knock down that open shot cause they do, get their confidence up.
The Cavs are already strong on the offensive boards. To be honest it really does not make any sense why this is not a better team. For goodness sake, all they have to do is play smarter.

i agree with lebron fan1 & i gave him a thumbs up !
the cavs since they dont have a dradt pick this year, they need to add one more talented player & chauncey billups, is a free agent ! he can score, hit the three, shoot free throsw with the bes tof them, & he has recently been on a few championships from the pistons ( valueable expierence needed for the cavs ), so, i hope they get him !

A big man or a point guard. LeBron CANNOT do everything by himself. A point guard can get him the ball and a big man will make it easier for LeBron to drive to the hoop and will aid them defensively.

Dump Big Z Ilgauskas and develop Daniel Gibson because they have no true point guard.

Consistency. Right now even Lebron became inconsistent because he has no where to pass and he can't do it all alone. I've noticed that almost all try to do a Lebron James lay-up and most of it didn't go in. why go in when you can do it out with prolific shooting.
