Yesterday my wife went to her doctor to get a blood test to see if she is pregnant or not. She has had all the signs of being pregnant and all her home test came back negative and so did the blood test from the doctor. I am concerned that something might be wrong, and I do not what it could be or where to start looking for a clue. The doctor is suppose to call her either tomorrow or Monday.

The symptoms she is having is:
1. Tender and engourged breast
2. Frequent urination
3. nauseated often
4. no period for 2 and half months
Something else I think should have mention was the fact that her doctor even mention that her Crevix was changing color (according to her the crevix will be blue if you are pregnant but I am not sure on that).

I understand that part of getting tested too soon, but we waited almost 2 and half months. Again thank you all for the answers and I am a little more relaxed (not totally relaxed about the situation) and will wait to talk to a physician about this.

What are her signs?
Too often people see "signs" that they assume are signs of pregnancy, when it's not obviously pregnancy to others...
So what's going on?

That tells me that she really did know she wasn't/isn't pregnant... is there a lot of stress between you two, or between her and a good friend or family member? Stress can cause these physical symptoms if it's not dealt with in a healthy way... (except for engorged breasts, but that's not even a symptom of pregnancy... your breasts do grow somewhat, but not that much until throughout the pregnancy... I think she or both of you are reading too much about pregnancy... pay attention to her symptoms, and don't assume it's pregnancy...)

A blood test is very accurate, but still have been known to give a woman a false negative even when she is pregnant. Sometimes it just takes a while. If she keeps having symptoms and the test comes back negative maybe they could do an ultrasound?
It's also possible that if you want to conceive very badly this might actually be causing pregnancy symptoms in your wife, without actually conceiving.
Or she might be stressing out so much her period is being delayed, and she is having pronounced PMS symptoms.

I would just be patient and wait for the doc. If you are trying to conceive it could be that she may be stressing over it. My sister was going through the same thing last month and missed her period... She stressed over it so much she had symptoms of being pregnant and wasn't. Just be patient and wait for the doctor...

Blood tests are very accurate. Although, she may have gotten tested too soon. If she is late on her period, wait a week or so and if she doesn't get it still, take an at home test first.

It is possible to have a psychosamatic pregnancy. A woman will have all of the symptoms of being pregnant and her belly will even grow but she won't actually be pregnant. When she is asleep, her belly will go back to it's normal size.

it depends on how long she delayed her period..if stil couple days just wait it migth come,,sometimes women feels like they are pregnant or having symptoms of being pregnant but it is just because they are stressed..
pregnant can also have a negative results specially when the test is too early..
just wait and see what happens,,,

my aunt also was having symptoms of pregnancy but it turned out she was never pregnant...they did other test and it turned out she had cancer!!!
