Yeah, I've noticed that too. I think it's mostly because british accents are amazing.

I thought for sure that Southern accents were makin' a comeback! Dagnabit!
You're right. British accents are infiltrating into cinema.
No offense to those who are sourthern. I am Southern too!
At least the British are finally understanding our Yankee way!

the british are getting popular in the U.S. yeah the accents are pretty hot.

brits have acted in american movies all along but, years ago, hollywould would make them talk like americans(old hollywood. geez) so that everyone was the same.
