To take care of all the most common problems: ~
Go through a couple of safe mode starts (F8 on bootup). ~
Delete all the deletable temp folders and files C:\Documents and Settings\yourname.folder\Local Settings\temp
Then defrag your disc(s). Finally (or first) scan all with anti virus (recommended 30 trial of Pandasoftware.com).

Run all ur scans, security and ur PC.Clean prefetch-from run and ur temp folder. Make sure your delete the Internet options cookies, history, etc.It will help to go to msconfig- from run-go to start up and uncheck the running processes you don't need running. You probally have many programs running at the same time. This should work. Good Luck!!!!!!!!

Maybe your motherboard current filters (toroids) are swelling and your CPU is suffering of energy shortcomings.

the other possibility is that the CPU temperature is terribly high and that makes the system to crash.

I guess something more can also happend but I dont remember now.

Why don't you call a specialized computer store and ask them? It may be a problem they could only help you with if they checked it out.
