S What documents are needed to see a Tax Attorney?
My boyfriend has an appointment tomorrow with a tax attorney, what documents should he take?

Its about a debt his ex-wife accrued over the years, she lied about making payments and now they are after him.
The debt is clearly hers, shes a real estate agent.

Take everything that could possibly be relevant. W-2 forms, investment account/mutual fund statements, etc.

You don't need ANY documents to see an attorney. The documents you need to prove your case depend on the case you need to prove. Your question gives no clue what that is.
