I have a GSXR 02 and I always see people riding with an extra helmet on the rear cowling and was wondering how they are mounted.

All helmets have "D" rings that tie the two straps together. if you take the rear cowling off there are a set of hooks on both sides welded to the sub frame. Hook your "D" rings to those hooks and close the cowling. Good luck.

A bungee net.
It doesn't lock your helmet to the bike.
It holds it in place.

NOOOOOO..... Don't do it!!!

I "used" to lock my helmet (Arai RX-7 $1100AUD) to my bike... and then someone cut the chin strap and stole it, leaving me without a helmet and them with a useless one.

Carry it around with you.
