This would be my second pregnancy. I was 17 when I first got pregnant, was in denial and did not listen to body. I think I may be pregnant again, would have conceived a week ago. I have been feeling sick all day for about 4 days now, feeling hot and peeing more. Am I crazy or is it possible to be feeling these symptoms of pregnancy so early?

Everyone's answers are medically correct however, I had symptoms the day after conception and knew without a doubt that I was pregnant. Since my husband and I were trying, this could have simply been psychological, but I really did have many physical symptoms. I guess everyone's bodies are different. Good luck to you.

Pregnancy symptoms do not appear 1 week after conception because implantation would not have occurred yet.
Could these possibly be PMS symptoms? Maybe you could wait several days and then take a pregnancy test.

Some people swear they knew the day they conceived. It is possible that you are pregnant. Keep yourself healthy and take a test after you have missed your period. Good luck.

most preg symptoms don't start to show until about 2-3 weeks after implantation.
