Well a good sized one is about 20, but isn't it ILLEGAL to sell any turtles under 4" to the general public?

Sliders usually run about $15-$20 so yeah.. that's a good price.. Be prepared to keep it for a while though.. their average lifespan is like 25 years..

yes it's a good price but are yo sure you are ready and have the room as it gets older as it will cost at the cheapest about $200 for a small set up and they need at least a 55 gallon tank for just one. They need heater in the water a heat lamp UV lights basking area, swimming area etc. it's not cheap to keep one healthy

...it's not reasonable, at all, considering how expensive they are to keep properly. If you're worried about $7.00, you're probably not an ideal keeper.

If you're thinking of buying, look very carefully into what you'll need to keep them happy and healthy throughout their long lives. A "death lagoon" or 20 gallon aquarium is NOT sufficient.

People who sell "3 for $7.00 for a limited time!!!!", or "buy one get one free!!!" are NOT concerned about their animals. I would not buy from them.

yes i think so but then again i just caught one for free but if i was you i would get one or how ever many you wanted but make sure you feed them enough otherwise they might die i had that happen once and it wasn't the best thing. but feed them the right things i would look it up online to see what they eat but i just feed mine bugs.
