KG would absolutely solve this whole Laker mess. It sounded very unreal when the 4 teams involved were: LA / Minnesota (GM-McHale) / Indiana (GM- Bird) and Boston (GM-Ainge). Leave it to three Celtics to screw the Lakers again.
The Lakers still have a very, very slim chance to make it happen: They don't have enough to offer with Bynum and Odom, but perhaps if they are willing to eat the contracts of: Marco Jaric and Troy Hudson- who knows this could be enticing for the Wolves. They have to find a way to make it work...
Jermaine O'Neal is Option B (but i had heard somewhere that he had said he is going to opt out after one year- where ever he goes). If you trade Odom and Bynum for him- you better make sure you lock him up for a couple of years.
Keep your fingers crossed for the Lakers, and let's rebuild this thing and start winning championships again!

KG and Kobe would have been a great team up with a championship for sure. They fit each others style of play. KG rebounds plays D and assists. Kobe scores and dishes to KG for mid range shots. It would be perfect.
Too bad it wont happen. Kobe will mature in the future you will see.

im sick off all of the lakers rumors. they just get my hopes up and smash them down. something happen already. be it trade kobe get a trade for lamar and bynum or whatever but something needs to happen for all this bs to stop/
