A hairdresser told me the repeat part was just a way to use more shampoo. It's not necessary. I believed her.

I'm a lather, rinse and repeat girl...I have v-e-r-y long hair, so I start at the top, wash awhile rinse, and move on down.

I lather then wait a while, then rinse,.. and i just put conditioner in after then wait a while then rinse.

I just lather rinse and put conditioner in my hair.I do it becuz its quicker and they tell u to repeat so u can buy more of their products.
