the celtics made a terrible move by taking jeff. he is good but they should have taken brandon wright and traded pierce away. they need to open some cap space, wich they did by trading away wally, but now they filled it back up with aquiring ray allen. personally i think this is a terrible decision by ainge his 100th straight terrible decision. we need to go in to a rebuilding mode and ainge doesnt know what he's doing. Brandon Wright would have been a big help to al jefferson and w/o ray and paul the celtics would be able to sign chauncy billups. with al jeferson chauncy billups brandon wright and gerald green we have a good team for the future....but our g.m. is danny ainge so it would nvr happen. sorry for such a long answer but i needed to take my anger out somewhere

The Celtics drafted him, but Seattle is going to get him. Like a half hour before the draft started this trade went through:
Seattle Gets:
#5 pick ( Green)
Wally S.
Delonte West
Boston Gets:
Ray Allen
I think this was extremely smart and dumb by the Sonics and Celtics respectively
Sonics are obviously going small, and young and Durant and Green should be good, since Green is unselfish
I think this was dumb by the Celtics since Allen and Pierce cannot coexist. They are both shooters and not much else. Atleast A.I. was a point guard but this is a SG and SF. Theyll be alright maybe get into the playoffs, not far though.
Waste of young talent

No it the most retarted trade i seen. But now that have Ray Allen any Paul Pierce together, and that should bring PPG up
