How do I achieve my life goals when I can't even break out of my routine of laziness and repetition? It sounds like an easy thing to break but it's NOT. How do I motivate myself?

The easiest way to do this is to set goals. Start by trying to accomplish something you have always wanted to do. Then do it. Once you start approaching life in this manner you will be astonished at how much you can get done in your life. Sometimes you may even want to have several goals goin at once.

I would think you should spend time with people that are not lazy. Do things with them and you will hopefully get more like them. You have to really want something sometimes before you will bother to go for it so think about things you really really want and the difference it will be if you never get them and you may try harder. You may be going through depression also instead of just laziness. Talk to your doctor maybe.I had never been lazy but I gotin a depressed slump and didn't care if I even got up in the morning. It can be this and you not even realize it. Good Luck.

Its all in your mind yes but remember that your mind/your brain is the control board of your whole being as a man. You need to self-realize yourself thoroughly and draw first of all goals you need to achieve while you are in your brief stay in this physical earth. Time is running out and then you grow old with no achievement is an unpardonable shame and sin that will never be erase in the minds of those who knows you.
Ephesians 5:14, "Awake thou that sleepest and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give you light". Be self-morivated.

It's very possible that you are going AGAINST your own nature!! Try to finish basic schooling--go to college and EXPLORE different subjects!! You'll "catch on fire" when you find the area that you were meant for!! You have something to contribute to life and to yourself!!

I'd say if you have some friends who are also lazy, get them involved and do some activities.

Or, get a Job?

tell yourself each day you are closer to the end of your life...and it's unpredictable when that will be, so why do you want to risk wasting another minute doing nothing.
