Unfortunately, i know the answer to your question. If you truly do want to experience the shadow people you can ,but, I caution against this as it can permanently alter the path your life will take. That said: there are only two ways to call on the loner spirits. I will share one. Turn to the psalms in your bible, leave the book of psalms open on a wooden table , select three candles one red one black one yellow. These candles should be bought at a second hand store and be unused but have passed through the hands of people that you have not seen or known. As you approach the table to sit; the bible should be in front of you, the red wax ahead of you, the black wax to your left and the yellow wax to your right. The candles form a large triangle. Psalm 32:9 is used here. You should be awake for at least 24 hours before beginning, coffee and tea can be your friend this night. Wear very heavy weight clothing which is also very loose fitting. Watch the calender for you will need a night of the new moon. Use only wooden chair and table. Be sure to wear leather soled shoes and leave bay leaves on the floor of the room where you do this. Yes, walking on the leaves and they will move around too. You must be using products of 100 percent purity. examples:100 percent cotton,wool,leather,silk, wood etc. layer your clothing and wear nothing binding or tight. OK I read the article to find out what kind of phenomenon we're talking about. Any psychic medium, who can see spirit,will tell you what people are talking about is a soul using their energy to catch someones attention. They do it to us all the time. They persist until the person acknowledges them and if possible completes the desired communication. I see this many times during the day. Sometimes I ask it to go and sometimes I listen to it for the message. Even mediums have free will to say no....if you see this and it is uncomfortable ask it to leave your presence...it usually will....
