It HAS to be very close to the sea, or the bay, so I can smell that wonderful mysterious mingling of salt water, kelp...preferably where I can see the fishing boats tied to the pier, rocking gently, & antic seagulls gone loony over the fresh catch. Where oysters on the half-shell TASTE like the sea, (love shellfish best), steamed clams in a bucket of butter garlic broth--& sour dough to dip in it! You are driving me mad! There are so many seafood restaurants no more than a hop skip & jump away, but it's 11lp! RATS.

I personally will only eat seafood that can be caught and put on my plate within a couple hours....Living in New England and now California I have been spoiled.

At my favorite seafood restaurant I see, ships sailing, and flags waving and pirates, gulls, bells, rocks, and the smell of fish in the air...
