Total $ = $342.50
glazed = g = 25
chocolate = c = 40 - g = 40 - 25 = 15
(6.50 * 25) + 15c = 342.50
162.50 + 15c = 342.50
162.50 + 15c - 162.50 = 342.50 - 162.50
15c = 180
15c/15 = 180/15
c = 12
The chocolate donuts cost $12 each.
