I m looking to find out what is the gap to left after the cilinder is being machined to size and honed in all kind of motorcicles

it will be listed in your shop manual it will have two numbers such as .003 to .005 for an average air cooled engine . if you plan to break the engine in properly & always warm it up before you ride it use the smaller clearence if you plan to race it use the larger number.

You need the shop manual for the specific bike.
Clymer, and Haynes also publish manuals with this information.
(You might have to do the arithmetic from piston and bore sizes given).
