I think most stopped being servants to our country long before a doctor was just a man who would travel through a snowstorm on a horse to help a sick person for a chicken or some home-canned foods, or sometimes nothing if the family was very poor. The times they are a changing.

They've definitely lost their sense of direction. Term limits sound better everyday if you also limit their bennies. They havent been the servant for at least 100 years maybe more.

They are now the master, have little honor, ethics is a word in the dictonary, and they are in it for themselves. Maybe they were'nt the first term, but they open their eyes pretty quick and see where the gold is.

Power is their god. By the time they have been in the bigtime for 6-12 years, money is not the issue. It is power. Both parties are just as guilty.

yeah, i'm going to agree with you tonight ,but at least when we don't agree i'd like to agree to disagree anyway i see what you mean i have felt the same way for a long time if they were really going to work for us they'd be doing a better job , but they are just working for themselves

i saw your other question and i'm going for on this one the only reason they did get a raise is because they didn't vote to not get one they passed this law years ago if they don't hold a vote to get a raise they automatically get one i wish i could get a raise like that being a stay home mom
