childrens pictures all over their myspace and don't make it private?
Then to top it all off, they mention where they live, where their children go to school, where you can find them on the weekends, etc. I just think there are way too many child predators out there. Is it just me, or are people way too liberal with the information they are willing to make public?

I think it's stupid and totally irresponsible, I don't know what do these parents think, it's even kinda retarded, actually internet is not safe place to share your pics at all, if we think how many pervert bastards are out there and how easy accessible are our photos..

I totally agree with you, its definately not safe to have any personal information not just on myspace, but anywhere on the net. Unfortunately we have too many child predators and some of them don't even get caught for what they did. You shouldn't apologize for this question being "too serious". Its an excellent question and its good that at least someone brings up something serious to the world's attention.

Yes.. I agree with you. There are so many sickos of all kinds out there nowadays, you have to be especially careful with how much info you give out.
That's actually why I'm amazed when people who are married, etc, say they met on the Internet - I wouldn't trust somebody enough to "get to know them" well enough to date them for real! But, to each their own! :-) "You've Got Mail" made me feel better about it though... LOL
