The answer in short: "When pigs fly".

But seriously, if you only make $800 a month, you should be thinking of better ways to save/invest that money than to splurge it on a car you CANNOT afford.

Keep your love for BMWs till when you finish college and when you have a real job that pays much more...

I just want to know where you find the BMW 3 with a 10 dollar whore? Did that come with the car? I really think you should feel like you can afford the car. But don't get me wrong some how you can earn more money and buy better over time? BMW means BURN MY WALLET! if repairs are necessary proper maintence is the key.

Don't buy a BMW unless you can spell (college maintenance, hour). You can't afford it. Why is it so important to have a BMW at this stage of your life? If you are trying to impress somebody, try finishing college and getting a higher paying job. I happen to have a BMW now but I wish I still had a Honda. As stated before, parts and maintenance are proprietary and very expensive. Buy a Honda instead.

From what i read i am not sure. Here where i live at a new one is about $36.000. You do not say if you have any money saved up or not for a down payment. The more you put down on a car the less your payments are. Also not sure if you had thought about this or not. Since this is a sports car your car insurance more then likely will be pretty high.

In 1941 a new chevy cost about $900.00. That was a workman's yearly wages.
An automobile usually costs an average person about a years wages.
Use that as a guide. It has worked out that way for many years.
When a car cost $2,000.00, that was an average years wage.
At $3,000,00, that was a years wage.
Today, at $20,000.00 or $30,000.00, it is a yearly wage for some.

You may be shocked if you take a BMW to a repair shop. Be prepared.

No you cannot. Just like Cadillac, they use top of the line parts in their transmission and engine........ and even the simplest failure can cost you more than your average Accord or Contour. Judging by the tone of your question, you are going to buy the BMW regardless of what answers you get. Your current job will not be able to support that vice.

How are you ever going to graduate college if you can't spell it? You can probably afford a 3 series but you could never afford to maintain it on ten bucks an hour. Just buy a decent Cavalier until (if) you graduate college.
