I love the picture of the father....not sure about the eye color....your pup is cute. Give them a kiss for me

85% and 15%.... 98% and 2%

I love how people come up with crazy wrong numbers like that.

Anyway, as far as when your pup will stop growing, most larger dogs are finished around 1-2 years, but it really depends on the breed. It also depends on how you consider when it done growing. For example, height wise some breeds are done growing around >1 year, but then they will spend the next year or so bulking up. Nonetheless you should have a good idea of your dogs size between the mother/fathers size, the size of the paws and after about a year to a year and a half.

As far as looks, I would say between all three the mother looks most like a timber. The father looks far too much like a malamute to me. Your pup to me (the photo is so very small) just looks like a mixed mut (malamute, husky, wolf, whatever).

The mother looks like she is mostly wolf...the father just looks like a malamute to me. Your dog does not look very wolf either. If the father had that much wolf in him...he'd be quite wild and would not be able to pose in a picture with a person in this fashion. Not sure why you would want a wolf dog in the first place...they are illegal in many states and many states end up euthanizing hundreds of wolf hybrids a year. If you really love wolves you should help them survive in the wild...they are nearly extinct in the US, not keep one in your house because it is cool to own a wolf, and not give people a reason to breed such creatures. Wild animals need to be left in the wild. As long as there is a demand from people like you who are willing to pay for wolf hybrids...they will continue to breed them. I hope you are trained to care for your wolf hybrid (if it really is part wolf) as they can be very unpredictable...and that is why most people give them up and they end up being euthanized. There is a wildlife rehab in my area with a hundred or so wolf hybrids....all given up by owners that thought it was a fun pet to get. These animals will live their life out caged up in small pens. The only other alternative is euthanasia as they are illegal to own in my state.

The puppy doesn't look like a wolf to me. The parents look like wolves hands down. No clue about the eyes though.

All three are Canis lupus. As birdgirl said, wolves belong in the wild; dogs became our companions long ago. Then there is the legal question. If you lived in California, you would be in violation of the law. Many states are that way.
