well painful.
you also bleed out of your back side when you go to the restroom .
some days you have trouble breathing. you can also have the senastion of back pain as the gas builds up inside the tummy.
loss of sleep, loss of work and in general miserable.

I had a doudenal ulcer (not sure if I spelled that right, lol) anyway, it produced severe pain just under the ribcage, in the middle where the two sides meet. It also cause unbelievable pressure up into my throat. Painful experience.
