My 16 year old niece is very self-consious about her breasts, because she feels that they sag more than they normally should. Is there a normal length they should be at? What would cause/prevent this possible premature sagging?

She is about a mid-C cup. She is also a bit overweight; could that be a factor?

The real question is are they sagging. The pertness of breasts is linked around size. If she has larger breats than the people she is comparring herself to then they may well appear to be saggging. Breasts are fat and not muscle. The only way she can lift her breasts is through exercise for the muscle beneath them.
A good well fitting bra is essential for us larger ladies. I am a 36 but take an F cup (or DDD) otherwise the bra offers no support and they hang out and sag. I don't know why but I cannot buy them in the shops and have to look on the net.
You don't say if you have checked them out yourself and that is what I would do first. Clearly if they look abnormal at all get the doc to give her the once over.
What a lovely Aunt you are and what a wonderful opportunity to show her how to examine and get to know her own breasts.

die youthful. being pregnant or not... you nevertheless land up with years of gravity working against you. yet different sensible, the quantity of "sag" you ultimately develope very much is predicated upon what your genetics are and what takes place to you. If after the toddler comes, you loose all of the load and return to a prepregnancy weight, your breasts can return to a prepregnancy length. notwithstanding, they're going to in all probability have lost some firmness (and as a result your cup length could help determine how plenty sag). Then there are women individuals who extremely frankly stay fat (they develope a fashion of existence replace) after the toddler comes, the breasts proceed to be greater suitable than prepregnancy length, and as a result for sure develope sag.

Unless she has unusually large breasts there should be no sagging. A breast is considered sagging if it will hold a pencil placed underneath it. A small degree of sag is normal in larger breasted women.

Yeah its normal. Especially if she doesn't wear a bra often.

Breasts will sag. Mother nature likes to mess with us, as well as gravity.
