I hope not anymore. It would be very boring anymore plus we got enough of the harry potter story. Maybe it's time she give us a new series instead.

Rowling has said that if she does another Harry Potter, it's pretty much going to be an encyclopedia of the people and places in the Harry Potter universe and what became of the main characters after book seven (in this case main characters refers not only to just the main characters but to those that were used rather heavily), not another novel. So no, I don't think there will be a book eight.

It would be great, but I don't think it's going to happen. Isn't she a billionaire already? She has no financial need to work her butt off to write another novel, but she does need to raise her kids for now. I will miss the series just as much as anyone else, but I think it's gonna end after the 7th book. I have heard rumors though that she will release a book later of all the material she wrote about them that didn't end up in the original 7 books, which would be cool to read and seems like a real possibility :)

no she already clearly stated that she wont. anyway, the last chapter of the book explains what happens to the remaining characters. but she is considering writing hogwarts textbooks and other books found in harry potter like quiditch through the ages and hogwarts, a history. she said that she will also write a harry potter encyclopedia.

Book 8th of Harry i think its quite certain a NO for JK Rowling.But she may be open on writing on something different,but its gonna be after her loooong rest.

no, she wont. she has said multipul times that this is the last Harry Potter book she will write.
She HAS said she might write an encyclopedia of back story for charity. And she said she would like to continue writing, but under a pen name... and in a different genera.

Harry is NOT going to die but she's said millions of times that there will not be an 8th book but she may do an encylcopedia of Harry Potter. Harry's NOT going to die. He won't. Don't listen to those other people. They're DELUSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

she said that the 7th book was the last book.
and they said at the end of the senevth book there is going to be a prolouge or something like that saying what happens to everyone after they all leave school.

no. JK said it herself, there will only be 7 books in the HP series . she might write others books, but most likely not about HP. i suggest you visit this website if you want to know more about HP, but then i'm a teenager and i don't think many of you (adults) will go there.
