If you're only benching 185 at 155...you are still a good deal on the chubby side, not buff. If you're say 14 you might pass for an O lineman. If you can get some wheels running back. You really need to get into shape - either slim down and go for a speed position or bulk up and go for a strength position. If you don't see yourself growing another 6 inches...your best option is to work on both speed and strenght and be a RB.

If you are in high school you should play Safety because of your body size and speed. Just because you are fast does not mean you can be HB becasue your size is small. If you are in middle school then you have to play HB because your size ifin middle school is perfect for it. If you are in high school play safety because you have the perfect body size for it. You would probably have a good chance at FS. It depends if you are solid tackler maybe SS to play up in the box or FS a wrap up type of player in coverage. It depends.

I played guard, tackle on offense. Tight end
Then they moved me to linebacker and accelled.
Work with your coach. They will find the best position for you. I was positive and always gave it my all in practice. Why do you think they moved me so many times. was stinko, but found my niche.

You should play saftey...you get to deliver punishing hits to wide recievers going over the middle.

play safety since ur fast yet not very big i would say free safety over strong safety though
