Mc Donalds tastes better but Subway is WAY healthier?

actually once u cut out mcdonalds and go back to it, it tastes like crap, whatever they put in those burgers that makes u addicted to that sucks, but it honestly tastes like crap, subway's tuna sandwich is awesome and a great source of protein, but still not that healthy, the healthiest you can eat is home-made foods, where you cook it yourself. for example, make a brocolli and califlower soup, its awesome, then you can get some mashed potatoes, not the ones in the box, but bake a potate in a CONVENTIONAL OVEN, no need for radiation from microwave, then mash it up, u get the point, buy some Ribeye Steak from a grocery store, and you got yourself a great protein high food, dietary fiber, carbs, and not too much fat...and as always drink water...really helps your body feel good and makes you appreciate it as well...you should try it, these guys out there are only trying to make money, they dont really give a you know what about what you eat...so, i reccommend your home!

Yeah I like mc donalds because that is normally what the kids like...but I also like subway because of its fresh food....if it was totally up to me I would pick subway.

I have to disagree with you. I think Subway tastes far better than McDonald's and is much, much healthier.

They say subway is healthier but when you see old cheese steaks sitting in a bin waiting to be ordered, that's just nasty.

i eat mcdonalds much more often than subway, so when i do eat subway it tastes better to me but probably just because i haven't had it in a while
