After having replaced front rotors, pads, wheel bearing, tires, rims and then rebalance the new tires I still have shimmy in steering wheel of 1988 BMW 325i only between 45mph to 70mph.

Have the front tires rebalanced only because it only happens in that speed range.

See if the shimmy stops when you hit the brakes. If it does, the tie rod ends are likely at fault. Be sure to check both inner and outer.

Try checking your tie rod ends, idler and pitman arms, and your ball joints.

One or more of your wheels are bent.
