them become really happy, and pull huge grins revealing shiny glistening gums, youll see them do this when your in the grip of anger and rage, enraged....then when your like this, these people youll see will pull huge grins from ear to ear, and be happy, joyfull and full of delight......
what is the psychology behind the minds of these somebodys youll inevitabally , whether you want to or not, stumble accross in life?

I have met all kinds of people and all you can do is walk away from them or kill them but society frowns on that. You ask about psychology behind their mind and all I can tell there is none.

Put an end to the jealousy. See the things that others have that are making you angry. Set goals to attain those things that deep down you know you want. Most things in life begin with money. Start by looking for a company that would employ you, it doesn't have to be much. Pretty soon you will have a steady paycheck and confidence from doing a job well done. These two ingredients will change the course of your life from that point on. Then you can set realistic goals that will help you get to where you want to be.

It's for that reason that I tend to avoid showing anger... some ppl just love seeing other folk "lose it"... same ppl who laugh when someone gets injured on TV.
I think the word is "sociopath".

they don't want you to achieve what you want especially if it might end up showing them on the wrong side of the fence so yeah they want to make you upset so it looks like it is all you and that you are the one that has the problem, sure I see your point here

This is similar to asking why are there people who want people to notice them so badly they do stupid things, or act like complete *&%$heads. why do we encounter some who will show off, and act like complete trash (like paris hilton), or other things. It's for attention, they get high off of your reaction to them.
