How does this idea million dollar idea sound?

Question

I am thinking of buying a website and getting one million pixels and selling it at a buck a pixel. They can post a link or what ever they wants. I can get people to start visiting the sight and then encourge businesses to go to it and buy megapixels and even any person who wants to post something or put a link to a webpage they have or want other people to see! Might it work? If not tell me how to make it better. thanks
