I am sixteen and planning of starting a party planning business. I just do not know how to start. How does it work when they tell you how to make the party? Do they give u the movey to buy the stuff or do they expect u to buy it and they pay u later (which would be bad for my circumstances)

It would probably be more common that you would buy the supplies, then they'd pay you the day of the party for your fee which would obviously include your costs. You might be able to ask for 1/2 of the money for your fee ahead of time.

Throw a party to get people advice, then make them buy the supplies at the party. Haha
