I'll break down the words by definition:

Civilian: A person following the pursuits of civil life, especially one who is not an active member of the military, the police, or a belligerent group

Inmate: one of a group occupying a single place of residence; especially a person confined in a prison or hospital for a long time

Labor: 1. productive activity for the sake of economic gain 2. body of persons considered as a class distinguished from management and capital; physical work, esp. of a hard or fatiguing kind; toil

Camp: 1. shelter for persons displaced by war or political oppression or for religious beliefs 2. a penal institution (often for forced labor); "China has many camps for political prisoners"

Get the picture? It's being thrown right in your face. Are you mad yet?

I followed the link and read what was there and it appears to me that the army is going to take some federal prison inmates and establish camps on their military bases to use them as labor to do repairs to the bases. The federal prison that they are removed from will still have jurisdiction over them and be responsible for them.

I didn't see anything about them being political prisoner camps. I also do not see anything wrong with the inmates doing an honest days work. With all of the watchdog groups out there, I am sure that the prisoners will not be treated harshly.

I'm not mad...yet. If the camps are turned into political prisoner camps, then the American public will all be very angry.

Now that we have had at least a short reprieve due to the amnesty bill failing, we won't find out what the camps, gas chambers and ovens are for! This is just like Germany with a fascist corrupt government doing things like this right under our noses. There are even reports of hundreds if not thousands of Chinese and Japanese guillotines loaded in box cars and being delivered to bases around the country.
Here is some info on the concentration camps around the country. They have room for millions!

Edit;
These camps were already in place before the ones Halliburton will be/are building.

The camps are for thieves like Ken Lay, Jeff Skilling, Duke Cunningham, William Jefferson, and the Louisiana congressional delegation that spent cash on non levee comparable tasks.

Any day now the US is going to be declared under Marshall law. This is the only reason I can think of the government would be so brazen with all the stuff coming out in the open now.
