Its impossible. You need a floppy drive, available at tigerdirect.com for about $19.00. I realize most new computers do not have a floppy drive but I always request one due to system recovery options.

The same way you fly without wings.
Seriously, you obviously don't have a floppy disk drive, right?
Have no fear, the know-it-all man is here.
1. Get a floppy disk drive. (they are quite cheap, $15-$25. (Install it, easy to do, 1 ribbon cable, 1 power cable. Make sure the colored side of the ribbon cable is on pin #1, or watch for the adapter slot, do not force it on.)
2. Boot up the computer, it will recognize the new drive.
3. Insert diskette.
4. Start Windows Explorer and find drive A:
5. Any application (filename.exe) on the diskette will then start up when double-clicked.
6. If it is an installation diskette, double-click the executable, (Install.exe, Setup.exe), and follow the screen instructions. (I kinda think it won't be much of a program on the diskette, unless you have many of 'em for installation.)
7. If there are no executable files on the diskette, then it is probably only a data diskette and not much good for anything but a coaster.
8. However, if that's the case, you only spent $15-$25 bucks and learned how to install a useless floppy disk drive.
9. It may contain files that are useable for word processing etc, which can be opened by the word processor on your hard drive, if you have such a beast. If not, download Open Office.org. It will do practically anything.
10. Keep smiling.
;-)

The original questioner may mean that they don't have a floppy drive in their computer...

In which case, you can get an "external" floppy drive, which connects through a USB port. Very easy to set up and use
