i've lost like 20lbs a year or two ago and i just lost another 10 and now my breasts are sagging. is there any lotion that can help firm up the skin or fill out the stretch marks. im only 23 and im pretty bummed out about it.

The only options are wearing supportive bras or getting a breast lift (if your breasts are big you can get a reduction with a lift and get it covered by insurance).

Well there are lotions that state they will help stretch marks, but I doubt it. Your skin has already been stretched (damaged).
As for the sagging, have a breast lift.
I did and love it! and the surgery is easy to recoup from.

Look up herbal breast enhancers they really work. Even if you don't want to get bigger, they help to fill out and revive what you have first. Just remember that you lose ten percint after you quit taking them. So plan to get off when you ain't worried about the ten percent.

shea butter may help with stretch marks :)

no lotions or creams, but ice water, and a push up bra.
