I am from Istanbul,Turkey honey, outside is full of girls without male guardians and relatives with only their girl friends:))) and it is very late now in here:))))

I would say it depends on the neighborhood, her familiarity with the area, whether she knows self-defense and her common sense. Where I live, I do all the time. I have taken a self-defense class. If I feel it's a tricky situation, I have no problem ducking into a safe, public area and calling for assistance. Otherwise, she shouldn't be alone, but in a group. Whether she's with her man or a group of friends doesn't matter. There's power in numbers.

Yes, and drive long distances and eat alone in restaurants and change my own flat tire. I don't have male relatives, husband or companion, so I make do.
