Selfishness. If no one was selfish so many of the worlds problems would be solved. Such as war and hunger.

Just one thing? well that sucks!
Id want to make it so there were no politics, because politics ruins everything. It makes people ignorant and not open minded at all.
Id also rid the earth of peope like Paris Hilton.

I would make them all short, green, miniature Godzilla replicas, minus the radioactive breath, but still capable of making the sound effects.
Why? Because I like Godzilla movies and it would be an improvement.

Get rid of religion. For obvious reasons, namely the deaths of millions upon millions of people for whatever war that was started on behalf of whatever religion.

The term "mankind." I know it's a generic word, but "Man", "everyman" and like words still smack of sexism to me, despite their evolution from old English.

I would make everyone the same skin color. Maybe a pretty pale blue, poof, no more racism.
