I think our jail/prison systems are way too full and people don't take ownership of their actions like once before. If hanging/ electrocution/ lethal injection carried with it a message that we won't accept acting in a sub-human way-we want to raise the standard a little bit, get it off the ground so to speak- I say YES,YES,YES !!!

As long as its proven beyond all reasonable doubt that the person who is going to hang did do the crime, then yes.
