So I stop at a stop light with one car ahead of me. Now it's the kind of intersection that has a railroad track running parallel to the main road. So there is the line before the barriors and flashing lights, and that line is where you stop. Well the guy infront of me stops at the line, waits then pulls all the way up to the tracks...only to wait a few more minutes before the light changes...
Why do people feel the urge to do that? What if for whatever reason train came speeding down the tracks and you couldn't move your car? Or if the train derailed...? What's the point?
