Just keep changing the subject to the things you two used to talk about before he came along. I wouldn't tell her anything about how annoyed you're getting, because one of the biggest sources of losing friends is over who they're dating. (And when people get married, they often completely forget all about their old friends.) Once the newness of this relationship wears off, she will be complaining to you about him and I'm sure you will have good advice for her.

Why don't you try asking her if she can manage to change the subject? Just be honest with her, instead of stabbing her in the back here.
