Its a toss up. As weve seen in past seasons any QB can suddenly burst onto the NFL scene. I'm sure everyone remembers when Rich Gannon was among some of the best QB's in the league, especially during his MVP season. Then came Carson Palmer in 2005 with his great season. And last but not least, Drew Brees emerged as an elitle QB last year for the Saints. So really it depends on what the offense looks like for the QB's, their schedule, and their experience in the league. Here are some picks:

Tom Terrific is the best QB in the NFL.

Hasselbeck will be great this year because he had such a horrible, injury riddled season last year. Also he gets to let Alexander run all over defenses and has a full year and offseason to get timing down with Branch. DJ "He Can" Hackett will be the clutch receiver we have been missing and watch out for Engram in the slot. The O Line can only play better as they played like chit last season. look for a Pro Bowl season and a Super Bowl berth from Matt Hasselbeck.

Tom Brady,hands down. He has the recieving group most Legendary NFL QBs dreamed about. He has Multiple threats on the field. Randy Moss is going to up his stats from the get-go aven though Brady likes to spread the ball. The patriots are going to make defenses cry this season. don't be suprised to see someone like Ray Lewis or Jonathan Vilma cry when they play the Pats. after the Baltimore-NE game Ed Reed might go see a counselor. New England is the team to beat this season, incredible offense,solid defense,they're the dream team.

Tom Brady by far... He has had the same passer rating as Manning had thru his first five years starting and he hasnt had a single All-Pro reciever, while Manning has had one every year of his career!!!! And now that he has Randy Moss (arguably the best deep threat of all time) and Donte Stallworth (averaged nearly 20 ypc last year...do the math) his numbers will skyrocket!!

Before I answer I have to say only the idiots among you have said Young. He absolutely sucks. He can only run, just like Vick (and look what we think about him). His passing is terrible, proven by his lower than 70 quarterback rating last year.
As for the best, Brady is going to be even though his team isn't going to the Super Bowl. After him, it'll be Brees, Manning and also look out for Cutler as he could turn heads this year in the Broncos run through the playoffs.

Byron Leftwich, extremely underrated, he is coming off of ankle surgery and is feeling the best he has felt since college. He got a new offensive coordinator who he is really excited about, This is also his last year in contract with the jags, So this is his time to shine.
