Well there are 2 job discriptions in there, 1 is networking and the other is simply tech support. The tech support guys help out all the office staff with things that any 5 grader could do....lol, while the networking guys maintain the network for the entire company.

Network or technical administrator. Depending on what they do. If they just setup and run networks they are a network administrator. However if they work on networks and computer systems then they become a technical administrator.
