Im using windows xp pro service pack 2 and i installed a new game and its telling me that there is not enough video memory to play it. Is it possible to increase this without harming the computer? If so, how do i do it?

Yes, if you have integrated graphics in your motherboard. This can be adjusted in BIOS menu.
BUT NO if:
1. It is an old one that is just limited to 32Mb or 64Mb shared memory.
2. You have a separate video card that has a small onboard videoram. You will have to buy a better video card.

you can only increase you ram for graphics if you are using on board graphics which is shared ram. If you increase your shared ram them you will lower your system ram
