In pokemon diamond i have all the pokes in the pokedex but it still says i have seen 149 pokemon what do i do?

Well, you probably haven't seen Dialga. Go to Celestic Town. In one of the houses is this old guy with a book. Talk to him to see the book and Dialga's picture will be in it. Seeing it will add Dialga to your Pokedex. Of course, you can't do this if you haven't beaten the Elite Four yet.
