Yes! It is so annoying. It happens on the computer too. Here I am on IM and my older sister comes over and see's what I am typing. How rude! Then it happens at school. Here I am writing an answer on a work sheet or something and someone looks over to see what the answer is. What do I look like? An answer sheet?

Yes I do. A simple thing I have done a few times, more for my amusement, is : start making a list of a few items such as plastic drop sheets, rubber gloves, shovel, bag of lime or lye, rope, duct tape, etc. Finish list, look at person smile and get up and leave. Never let them see you sweat and always keep them wondering!!!!

I get extremely annoyed and I usually make it obvious too by covering it up and looking up at the person until they look away.

Yes! It's so annoying. One time I was writing notes to my friend, and this kid was so blatantly trying to see what it was about. We ended up talking about what a loser the kid was for thinking he was sly.

yup someone used to do that to me in medic school so I would purposely put the wrong answer and then redo the test
