just wondering why i never get cramps during my periods (not that i'm complaining or anything) my friends always complain of bad cramps etc but i never seem to get them...the only thing i ever get with my period is blood and clots.

i excercise A LOT could that have anything to do with the lack of cramps and pain?

i was also wondering if it is normal to have clots the size of quarters?

thanks!

honey.. dont question it, EMBRACE it. you are so lucky!!
im thinkin those clots is the shedded lining of your uterus... which causes cramps. so whatever it is you are doing, keep it up, cuz clotting that big, should be painful.

Hey, i'm very active too and have never had a cramp during my period, but all of my friends do too! One of them even physically gets sick cause of the pain. I am so glad i don't have to go through that, but then again they say im not sympathetic enough when they get cramps because i don't understand what they feel like lol ! And the clots are normal, at least i hope so lol!!

Are you on the pill? Sometimes being on the pill makes you not have cramps. Exercising and drinking a lot of water helps prevent cramping too.

I don't either, just like mild ones right before the start. Like a 3 hour thing, barely noticeable. I don't exercise regularly (like I should). So I don't think it has much to do with being really active.

excersice does have a lot to do with it. my mom always said the best way to ease cramps is to keep moving. she was right. also, the clots are normal.

you can get clots on and off, only clots could be a problem if you get pain with it. And if you don't get cramps you're lucky!!
