me and my ex friend got in lots of fights and now shes makin a rumor that i wet the bed at my friends sleep over. and im kinda a chicken to call her. should i call her and tell her or should i wait till 7th grade?

Next time she tells the lie that you wet the bed to someone, or if someone asks you about it, stand up very dramatically and put your hands in the air and yell "OH NO! THE TERRIBLE TRUTH IS OUT! NOW EVERYONE KNOWS THAT I'M A CLOSET BED WETTER! WHOA IS ME! HOW WILL I EVER LIVE DOWN THE SHAME! AND MY SECRET WAS REVEALED BY SOMEONE I THOUGHT WAS MY BEST FRIEND AND THAT I COULD TRUST! HOW COULD I BE SUCH A FOOL? TO THINK THAT (say her name) COULD BE TRUSTED! I AM SO STUPID!! IF I HAD ONLY KNOWN THAT (say her name) WAS SUCH A WORTHLESS PERSON AT KEEPING SECRETS I WOULD NEVER HAD KEPT HER SECRET THAT (some dirty boy) KISSED HER ON THE PLAYGROUND LAST WEEK AND SHE TOLD ME SHE LIKED HIM!! WHY DID I EVER TRUST HER!!!
If that doesn't work, keep in mind that these kinds of things usually blow over by the time you get to highschool.

call her and tell her that if she keeps spreading bad rumors about you, that you'll "accidentally" spill the secrets that she told you. Blackmail!!! If her secrets aren't juicy enough, then say that you'll start spreading a rumor. Lying! It's happened to me before and it works!

the only reason she made this up is because she is trying to get under you skin i would not give her that joy never tell her it bothered you act like you never even heard that rumor

she is trying to make u mad and if u r showing that u r then ur letting her win.the last hing u need is that!act like it isn't true and say to someone if they bring it up that they can believe what they want to.and u know the truth.
