How long does Implantation bleeding last?

Is it really only 1 to 3 days?

Is there any pain that comes with it?

It varies w/ different people I know someone who is pregnant right now and didnt think she was b/c she had it off and on for 2 weeks.

Only about 1 in 5 women have implantation bleeding, and it's just a day or 2 of spotting. It's causes by the embryo embedding itself in the uterus. It's very very small, so there is barely any blood. If you are having more bleeding than that, then it's not implantation bleeding.

I think it can vary from woman to woman, but in my case it didn't even last a day. I only noticed it once when I wiped and never saw it again. (It was also bright red by the way. I remember at the time reading that implantation bleeding was brown, so at first I thought it was something else. But nope -- I'm 19 weeks pregnant. The bleeding occurred one week before I was expecting my next period.)

I only bled 1 time. I noticed it when I went to the bathroom and nothing more after that. Everyone is different and some don't even notice it because there is so little.

You can have mild cramping, nothing severe.
