If you had no rhythm, you wouldn't be alive now. Your heart beats in a rhythm, you tap the keys on a computer keyboard in a rhythm. You walk in a rhythm, if you had no rhythm, you'd be falling all over the place.
You should take a few dance lessons if you really want to. Yes, it'll help ya out with your rhythm delimma. Dancing takes a lot of counting beats, it's not too hard because most of the time, the teacher will count for you until you can count by yourself. Go for it! Take a few lessons. People feel rhythm and they don't even realize it. you too! You just have to learn to relize what it is, and when it's there, which isn't too hard to learn and then master. Good Luck!

I guess you're too young to remember the 60s. Ask someone who was there to show you some of the dances. Do you think any of them were invented by people who had any rhythm? Most of them were spasmodic twitching more-or-less to the music. It's hard for me to think you could possibly be any worse. However, if you actually have some self-respect and don't want to embarass yourself in front of your honey, then definitely get dance lessons. They'll help more than you can imagine - well worth the money.

By all means take lessons. There are a very few people who have no rhythm. The vast majority of people who think they don't just haven't learned to channel their abilities properly. I bet you can tap your toe to music, and if you can keep time, you have rhythm. The rest is all learned, though some people need "remedial" lessons from not having informally worked on it as much as others. And everybody can benefit from lessons even if they have "natural" ability, which is code for informal training.

you can try dance lessons because they help you get into shape and just ask about rhythm. Rhythm is one of the MOST important things in dance. I know ballet, tap, and jazz.

No one has *no* rhythm,we just have wildly varying degrees of rhythm.
the reason you have no rhythm is because you put yourself down and say that.
all you have to do is find a groove and stick to it, your so can dance around that and you're both happy.

there is no such thing as a person eith no rythm
listen to music
if you are to take lessons, take tap dancing
you'll learn to count beats and easily find rythm
it works so that when you hear music you can wait for the counts and rythm and jump in dancing
