Try using aftershave, it helps to sooth the skin right after its shaved, but you can use it even if you didn't just shave. Next time you shave, try using some sort of skin sensitive shaving cream. Also, if you're using cheap disposable razors you can get irritated as well; sometimes you pay for what you get, and in the case of razors it doesn't hurt to splurge an extra few dollars.

Hey i would suggest you to go for waxing which will prevent the itch and will make the hair grow less.
If this continues after the wax too then you can consider this product, "Aveeno baby diaper rash cream" this does burn a bit but it does get rid of the burn and makes the skin more smooth.

Your blade is probably dull or else the shaving cream you use is causing it. Try switching these and it should help.

You are probably allergic to the shaving cream. I usually use liquid soap i KNOW i am not allergic to.
