i just got this town house like 3 days ago and its 1300 bucks a month.
and i got a job offer for a location thats too far from the town house. is there any way i can get out of the lease agreement without paying the termination fee?
they are asking for 2600$.
wat would happend if i just leave and not pay?

Sorry, but you signed the lease so now you're obligated. If your lease has a $2,600 termination fee, that's what it will cost you.
If you don't pay, they'll hold your deposit and sue you for the rest, probably in Small Claims Court.

if you leave without paying, you'll be in big trouble
ask a realtor if there are options for you, possibly the one that helped you find the house
