I been masturbating since age 13, and when I first did, it felt good. Now I am 20 and i can not stop, and I think I got premature ejaculation. i do it about 1 times a day.

It can be. You can do damage to your penis. Believe it or not you can break it ( I wouldn't worry about that, once a day won't do that). In this case it will normally bend one way or another. Also some say it can effect your sperm count. I am not sure how true this is.
If anything it will give you more time during sex and will not cause premature ejaculation.
Try sex, or try to cut it down to a couple of times a week if you are concerned, but once a day at your age is normal.

Masturbating once a day is not harmful, its about average. Thinking its too much and worrying about it is harmful.
Also it cannot cause premature ejaculation. Dont turn yourself into a bigger head case than you already are.

There is no harm but in your case you just answered your own question. I would suggest to you to keep busy and masturbate 2 times a week or less.
Also why don't you try the real thing which could help you rather than by yourself.

its not bad 4 u. unless your rubbing yourself raw you will be fine. premature ejac. woud mean like you get off realy quickly and if its just a lil bit thats called pre cu* and ots normal
